Target, a major retailer in the U.S., sells a wide range of competitively priced and fashionable clothing items for all age groups in-store, online, and on the Target app.
Target is happy to accept returned unused clothes within the first 90 days following purchase. Good condition clothes can be returned to Target without the tags.
Are Clothes Returnable to Target after 90 Days
If the 90-day return window has expired, you can only exchange clothing items if you have the original receipt and the items are in new condition and still have the tags.
Returns made after the return deadline of 90 days will not qualify for a refund.
You will instead be provided with a merchandise voucher containing the amount of the item’s lowest price within the last ninety days. These cards can only been used in target stores, not online.
Target does allow you to return your clothes with out tags, since their Returns Policy allows for easy returns.
If the clothes are unused and unworn, you can return them if you can verify the purchase either through the original receipt or the original mode of payment.
Target managers can deny exchanges or refunds if clothing shows signs of wear, stains or other damage.
Do I need a receipt to return clothes to Target?
Target accepts returns of clothes without receipts provided you have another proof that the purchase was made.
Target can find your order online if you made the purchase via Target RedCard, Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Discover, personal check, or Target gift card (which you must have retained). Cash purchases are not tracked.
Alternativly, to support your purchase you can use the Target.com digital receipt.
In the event that you can’t provide proof of purchase, you’ll be issued a “merchandise refund card”. Target.com does not accept this coupon.
Are Worn Clothes Returnable to Target
You can send your worn clothes to Target for a refund or exchange if the item arrives damaged or defective.
However, if you have worn the clothes and changed your mind, you may still be able to get a refund or exchange.
You must return the garments within 90 days after purchase.
What Clothes Can I Not Return to Target?
Holiday items, collectibles, or limited-time collections cannot be returned once they have been bought. So, when you purchase clothing that falls into this category, please remember to take these things into consideration.
Customers cannot return bras or underwear that are not tagged or packaged.
Target may accept them back if they’re in original packaging but haven’t been used.

How Do I Return Clothes To Target?
Target.com, Target.com, and the Target App can all be returned at any Target Store within the Return Window of 90 Days with proof of purchase.
The receipt, Target’s barcode, Target delivery, shipping confirmation emails, and the original method of payment can all be used to prove purchase.
Clothing items can also be mailed to the Target Online Returns center through Target.com by heading over to your order history, selecting the option to return the item, and printing the return shipping label.
