IKEA is well-known for making self-assembly furniture. However, this often means a lot less fiddling around with the individual parts.
IKEA’s recent purchase has some missing parts.
If your recent IKEA purchase is missing any parts, you should call IKEA within 365 days of purchase with your receipt information.
Once you have made your request to the IKEA helpline, IKEA will then deliver the missing items within 7-10 days, depending on the size of the item.
Individual screws can be ordered by quoting the 6-digit code found in the product’s assembly manual. The screws will then be shipped via mail within 10 business days.
IKEA will quickly send you the screws or missing pieces you require.
