Customers may choose from a four-weekly payment plan or a 30-day free payment plan.
Klarna allows Amazon customers to make lower payments for items that they normally would have to buy upfront. This is in addition to items already on Amazon which are eligible for a payment plan.
Can I Use Klarna for an Amazon Payment Plan?
Amazon now offers payment plans for select products in its catalog, including furniture, certain electronics, and some other items. This plan allows you to pay in 5 equal installments over 120 calendar days.
Klarna can be used by customers to pay for their purchases in a much shorter time frame than Amazon’s regular payments plan.
Customers should note that Klarna is a “buy now pay later” application and not a substitute for a credit card.
Klarna is not available for customers who order the Amazon Payment Plan.
Do I need the Klarna App to Use Klarna on Amazon?
Klarna allows customers to place orders online using a computer at their desk or on their laptop. They can download the Klarna browser extension.
Once the extension has been downloaded, customers can place items on Amazon in their shopping cart.
After they have completed their payment, the “Pay with K” option will be displayed on their screen. This allows customers to select their preferred method of payment and then proceed with their transaction.
Klarna’s browser extension currently is available only for Google Chrome.

Klarna will be notified if customers place an order on Amazon using Klarna. Klarna then processes a return.
Klarna will process a return within 14 days once the request is approved by Amazon. However it typically takes 3-5 working days for refunds to be processed. This depends on what payment method you used.
Klarna offers customers the ability to create invoices or direct partial payments. However, each payment will be processed in slightly different ways.
Customers may therefore receive a Klarna refund at a time that is different from regular Amazon refunds.
Where can I use my Amazon Klarna Card for One Time?
Amazon customers that have purchased a One Time Klarna credit can still use the card on Amazon. All they need to do is open the Klarna mobile app, select the Home tab, enter the search bar, and type in Amazon.
Customers then have the opportunity to make a One-Time Klarna Card. They can use it at checkout to pay for their purchases.
Can I Use Klarna for Amazon Prime?
Customers may choose to split their Amazon Prime membership into one payment for 30 days or opt for a four-instalment plan that is paid each two weeks.
Klarna Prime members can use either the Klarna App or the browser extension to pay.
