Amazon does offer paid personal leave to employees. However, it is not the same as paid vacation.
Amazon’s website states that Amazon employees can accrue paid personal time starting on the last day in their first pay period, and ending on January 1 each year.
The remainder of the paid personal time employees earn is spread out over the remaining 11 bi-weekly pay periods, or five pay periods if you’re paid monthly.
