Amazon will accept returns if an item you bought from them more than 30 day ago has broken down, stopped functioning, or was otherwise disappointing.
Amazon gives its customers 30 days to return their merchandise. However, Amazon’s staff sometimes makes exceptions. But, customers may need to return the product via return postage. Mattresses, Gift List Purchases, Baby Products, and certain Refurbished Items have longer returns periods.
